The Mirth support help desk is open Monday through Friday from 5am to 5pm Pacific Time. 24×7 phone support is available for United States customers for severity 1 issues only.
All end user support includes support for one production cohort (defined as one production host and up to three supporting hosts: e.g. development, test, and staging). Each host may have any number of CPUs. A virtual server counts as a server in a cohort.

Mirth Integrator Support is a value bundle that prepares your team to support Mirth as a component of a solution or project and allows you to contact WebReach for tier 2 support on behalf of any of your customers. The bundle includes training for your team, access to documentation and screen casts, access to the WebReach help desk for tier 2 Mirth software support, and access to Mirth engineers for tier 3 support of complex issues or development support.
