Our latest Appliance release sports a new support feature we call Supportnet. This is a really useful feature when you would like one of our Engineers to assist you with a difficult configuration.
Supportnet works like a bridge between your appliance and our support team at Webreach. You can initiate the connection via the control panel, and that will allow us to log into your appliance. This helps a lot when troubleshooting, diagnosing or trying to help you configure a channel or advanced network configurations.
Make sure you download the latest release for the your Mirth appliance.
